TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VROS Cleaning website and any cleaning, organization, communication, or related services provided by VROS Cleaning (“VROS Cleaning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, accepting an estimate, paying an invoice, using our website, opting into communications, or allowing our team to perform services at your property, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

VROS Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning and related services, which may include:

  • Regular or maintenance cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in cleaning
  • Move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Organization and decluttering
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Hoarder cleaning
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Other customized cleaning services agreed upon in advance

The exact scope of work may vary depending on the service selected, property condition, time booked, number of cleaners assigned, and any written agreement, estimate, or service description provided to the customer.

2. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

Prices may be based on factors including:

  • Size of the property
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Condition of the property
  • Type of cleaning requested
  • Estimated labor time
  • Number of cleaners
  • Frequency of service
  • Special requests
  • Travel or service area
  • Additional labor or materials required

Quotes provided before seeing the property may be estimates.

If the condition of the property is substantially different from the information provided by the customer, additional time or charges may be necessary.

Whenever reasonably possible, VROS Cleaning will communicate significant changes before performing additional work.

3. TIME-BASED SERVICES

Certain services may be booked for a specific number of labor hours.

When a service is time-based, VROS Cleaning will perform as much of the requested work as reasonably possible during the reserved time.

Booking a specific number of hours does not guarantee that every requested task or area will be completed.

Properties requiring extensive cleaning, buildup removal, organization, pet hair removal, clutter removal, or restoration after extended periods without professional cleaning may require additional time or appointments.

4. APPOINTMENTS AND ARRIVAL WINDOWS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information, service addresses, access instructions, and contact information.

Scheduled appointment times may be subject to reasonable variations caused by traffic, weather, previous appointments, transportation issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When an arrival window is provided, the cleaning team may arrive at any time within that window.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

5. PROPERTY ACCESS

The customer must ensure that our cleaning team can access the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Access may be provided through:

  • Customer presence
  • Building staff
  • Door code
  • Lockbox
  • Key
  • Other previously arranged method

If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation or lockout and may be subject to a cancellation or service fee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any access codes, keys, building instructions, parking information, or security procedures provided to us are accurate.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before the cleaning appointment, customers should:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property
  • Identify areas requiring special attention
  • Secure cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, firearms, collectibles, and other valuable or sensitive items
  • Remove extremely fragile or irreplaceable items from cleaning areas
  • Inform us about damaged, loose, unstable, or delicate surfaces
  • Inform us about pets
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to areas being cleaned
  • Identify surfaces requiring specialized cleaning products
  • Notify us of any known hazards

VROS Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, deterioration, normal wear, loose fixtures, unstable furniture, damaged surfaces, or items that were not properly secured.

7. PETS

We are happy to work in homes with pets.

Customers must notify us about pets that will be present during service.

For the safety of the customer, pets, and cleaning team, aggressive or unpredictable animals must be safely secured away from the cleaning area.

VROS Cleaning is not responsible for pets escaping when they have not been properly secured or when adequate instructions have not been provided.

8. CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, VROS Cleaning may provide the cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform the scheduled services.

Customers must notify us in advance if:

  • Certain products cannot be used
  • A household member has a known sensitivity
  • Specific surfaces require special products
  • The customer wishes to provide particular cleaning products

VROS Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by a customer-provided product when that product is unsuitable for the surface or used according to the customer's instructions.

9. DELICATE AND SPECIALTY ITEMS

Certain items or surfaces may require specialty treatment and may not be included in standard services.

These may include:

  • Antiques
  • Fine art
  • Valuable collectibles
  • Specialty stone
  • Unsealed marble
  • Delicate fabrics
  • Chandeliers
  • High-value electronics
  • Restoration work
  • Mold remediation
  • Hazardous substances
  • Pest infestations
  • Biohazard cleanup

Customers must disclose specialty materials or particularly valuable items before service.

VROS Cleaning may decline to clean an item or area if doing so may reasonably create a risk of damage or injury.

10. HEAVY ITEMS AND FURNITURE

Our cleaning team is not required to move furniture, appliances, or other objects that present an unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.

Cleaning underneath or behind heavy furniture or appliances may only be performed when those areas are safely accessible.

11. HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

VROS Cleaning may decline, stop, or reschedule services when a property contains conditions that may present a health or safety risk.

These conditions may include:

  • Human or animal waste
  • Excessive mold
  • Bodily fluids
  • Needles
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Pest infestations
  • Unsafe structural conditions
  • Dangerous animals
  • Illegal substances
  • Other potentially hazardous materials or environments

Specialized cleaning may require separate pricing, protective equipment, or a qualified remediation provider.

12. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Customers should provide as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

VROS Cleaning may establish cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, or late-notice fees depending on the type of appointment and notice provided.

Any cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking, through your estimate, invoice, booking system, confirmation message, or service agreement will also apply.

Repeated late cancellations or scheduling changes may result in modification or discontinuation of recurring service.

13. RECURRING SERVICES

Recurring cleaning appointments may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or at another agreed frequency.

Recurring pricing may be based on the assumption that the property will be cleaned at the agreed frequency.

If a customer skips or postpones appointments for an extended period, additional labor may be required at the next visit, and the price may be adjusted accordingly.

Recurring services are not guaranteed indefinitely and may be changed or discontinued by either party.

14. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

Available payment methods may include methods supported by VROS Cleaning or its payment providers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that payments are completed when due.

VROS Cleaning may suspend future appointments when an account has an overdue balance.

15. LATE OR UNPAID BALANCES

If payment remains unpaid after the applicable due date, VROS Cleaning may:

  • Send payment reminders
  • Suspend future services
  • Cancel future appointments
  • Require payment before additional work
  • Pursue reasonable collection remedies permitted by law

Customers remain responsible for valid charges associated with services that have already been performed.

16. TIPS AND GRATUITIES

Gratuities are optional and are never required.

If you choose to provide a tip for your cleaning team, VROS Cleaning appreciates your recognition of their work.

Tips may be provided through available payment methods or directly when appropriate.

17. SERVICE QUALITY AND CONCERNS

We want customers to contact us promptly if they believe an area included in the agreed scope of service was not cleaned properly.

Customers should notify VROS Cleaning as soon as reasonably possible after the appointment and provide details or photographs when helpful.

We may inspect the concern, request additional information, or offer a reasonable opportunity to correct qualifying service issues.

Refunds, credits, or complimentary return visits are not automatic and will be determined based on the circumstances, applicable service agreement, and work performed.

18. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Customers understand that normal cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage that was previously obscured by dirt, dust, clutter, furniture, or other materials.

Examples include:

  • Scratches
  • Cracks
  • Loose fixtures
  • Chipped paint
  • Damaged flooring
  • Deteriorated grout
  • Stains
  • Water damage
  • Loose blinds
  • Broken appliance components
  • Deteriorated caulking
  • Unsecured decorations

VROS Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal deterioration.

19. DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE CLAIMS

If a customer believes that VROS Cleaning caused property damage, the customer should notify us promptly after discovering the issue.

The customer may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Receipts
  • Proof of ownership
  • Repair estimates
  • Other reasonable documentation

VROS Cleaning must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim.

Customers should not dispose of or repair the allegedly damaged item before giving VROS Cleaning a reasonable opportunity to review the matter unless immediate action is necessary to prevent additional damage or address a safety concern.

Any resolution will depend on the facts and circumstances of the claim.

20. PHOTOGRAPHS AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION

VROS Cleaning may take photographs or videos before, during, or after a service for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Documenting property condition
  • Quality control
  • Training
  • Customer service
  • Resolving complaints
  • Confirming completed work
  • Protecting customers and cleaning personnel

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessarily capturing personal, private, or identifying information.

Photos taken for operational documentation are not automatically authorized for public advertising.

We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable customer property photographs for promotional purposes when required.

21. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Customers are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive property before service.

VROS Cleaning should not be given responsibility for managing or safeguarding:

  • Cash
  • Jewelry
  • Passports
  • Legal documents
  • Medication
  • Collectibles
  • Firearms
  • Financial documents
  • High-value personal property

If an item requires special handling, customers should notify us in advance.

22. KEYS AND ACCESS CODES

If a customer voluntarily provides a key, access code, building credential, or similar access information, VROS Cleaning will use it only for legitimate service-related purposes.

Customers should notify us promptly when access information changes.

Customers remain responsible for changing their security codes when they believe doing so is appropriate.

23. EMPLOYEES AND CLEANING TEAMS

VROS Cleaning determines team assignments based on scheduling, location, availability, training, and operational needs.

Customers may request a particular cleaning professional or team, but specific personnel are not guaranteed.

VROS Cleaning may substitute, add, or change team members when necessary.

24. NON-SOLICITATION

Customers may not knowingly bypass VROS Cleaning to privately hire or contract directly with a VROS Cleaning worker introduced through our company when prohibited by an applicable written agreement or where doing so intentionally interferes with an existing contractual relationship.

Any specific non-solicitation obligation must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and any separate agreement between the parties.
